Residents of V\u00e1rzea Alegre, a town in Cear\u00e1, the family departed early in the morning, bound for Juazeiro do Norte to ensure Miguel received the medical care he needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The accident occurred around 7 a.m. near the rural area of S\u00edtio Piripiri.
